Product Description

The design of the gate valve provides the blocking of the pipeline in either direction of

flow.

The gate valves are used only for opening and closing the pipeline, the use of gate

valves for flow regulation is forbidden.

Exploitation of gate valve requires installation of unloading device if pipeline has

heating mode at the closed gate and a water-filled cavity.

Unloading device can be made in the form of bypass with stop valve DN**0 or in the

form through hole Ø5 mm in disk of the supply medium.

The sealing surface of closure has the build-up welding of iron-base Cr-Ni which

provides better sealing.

Gate valves connect with pipeline by means of weld.

Leakage class (by GOST **********5) – Class A, B, C.

Type of climatic configuration ( by GOST ********9) – U – for temperate zone; Т – for

tropical zone.

Placement category ( by GOST ********9)– 1, 2, 3.

When you order gate valve with electric drive then necessary specify the required

specifications of electric drive.

The delivery explosion-proof electric drive type ЭМ, ЭЧ, ЭН is possible.

Specially designed gate valves based on customer’s requirements are also possible.
